Sisterly Love

Dsc_0721_edited1_1 This was a gift from one of my sisters. (I have 3) No special occasion, just because. It's a vintage linen dresser scarf with such beautiful crocheted lace along the edges. It's torn and a little tattered in some areas, love it. I'm not sure what I'll use it for just yet. But the mind is ticking. I don't know if I want to leave it whole or cut it up. Along with the scarf, she gave me a set of this beautiful flatware. Service for 6. It's a new set but has that old feel. She also gave me the linen fabric that I used to make the tablecloths for Thanksgiving. There is a photo on the previous post, Grateful Gathering. I'm not sure how to link to my own posts yet. (Somebody help me please?) I also made a new banner for my blog, but again....help, please?

Dsc_07134_edited1 Do any of you enjoy these little morsels? I've filled an apothecary jar with them and try to enjoy them on occasion. Not three at a time, they are just for show. You know, to make the photo look good. I'll be glad when they are gone. It seems that I've been taking quite a few pictures of candy lately. Since Halloween. I'm beginning to wish the New Year would come faster!

Heather darling, if you click on the 'permalink' at the bottom of the post (near the comments section) it will bring up just the one post that you want to link to. And then you can just highlight the word in your post, and click the link linky thingy on your post to link to it. Simple. Really.

Heather,

I absolutely love the rich warm creamy whites.
I just painted my studio with these rich whites, and love it.
